About the Founder/CEO

Cindy Witteman

is a passionate advocate for positive change, a multi award winning author, media entrepreneur, and visionary leader who believes deeply in the power of people and purpose. Based in San Antonio, Texas, she is the Founder and Editor in Chief of FORCE Magazine, a global best selling publication reaching readers in more than 13 countries. Through FORCE, Cindy shines a light on leaders, change makers, and everyday heroes who are creating real impact in the world.

She is also the creator and host of the Little Give Podcast, a platform rooted in storytelling, generosity, and service. The show highlights ordinary people doing extraordinary things and reminds listeners that even the smallest acts of kindness can create meaningful change. Cindy is also a featured cast member in the docuseries Legacy Makers, where she continues to share stories of resilience, leadership, and purpose.

Cindy’s journey has been shaped by perseverance and lived experience. After surviving domestic violence and navigating life as a single mother, she made a conscious decision to turn pain into purpose. In 2017, she founded Driving Single Parents Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping single parent families regain independence through reliable transportation. What began as a leap of faith has grown into a mission focused on long term stability, dignity, and opportunity for families who simply need a hand up.

As a five time best selling author and 2025 Author of the Year finalist, Cindy is known for her raw, honest storytelling and her ability to connect through real life experiences. Her work has earned her several honors, including the Trailblazer Award, multiple International Impact Book Awards, the 2025 CREA Global Award, and recognition as a 2026 Woman of the Year Finalist. While she is grateful for the recognition, what matters most to her is the ripple effect her work creates in the lives of others.

At the heart of everything Cindy builds is a commitment to lifting people up and amplifying voices that deserve to be heard. Whether through her magazine, podcast, nonprofit, or books, her mission is simple and deeply personal: to remind people that every little give matters and that together we can create waves of lasting change.

Outside of her work, Cindy treasures time with her blended family of six children and six grandchildren. She also finds peace and creativity through beekeeping, a grounding passion that reflects her belief in patience, growth, and nurturing something meaningful over time.
