About the Founder/CEO

Cindy Witteman

I’m passionate about inspiring others and making a lasting impact. Based in San Antonio, Texas, I’m the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of FORCE Magazine, a 5x best-selling author, and the creator of the heartfelt Little Give TV Show and the thought-provoking Is Manifesting Bullshit? podcast. Over the years, I’ve been honored to receive the 2023 Trailblazer Award and the 2023 and 2024 International Impact Book Awards, but what truly drives me is helping others create positive change in their lives.

My journey hasn’t been an easy one. As a single parent facing adversity, I learned the power of resilience and determination. In 2017, I turned my experiences into action by founding Driving Single Parents Inc., a nonprofit that provides reliable vehicles to single-parent families at no cost. It’s one of the most meaningful things I’ve ever done because it’s about more than just cars—it’s about giving families a chance to thrive and build brighter futures.

I’ve always believed in taking purposeful steps toward your goals, and that’s why I love working with others as an Action Mastery Specialist. Whether through coaching, speaking, writing, or hosting, I share strategies that focus on positivity, determination, and gratitude because I know firsthand how powerful those tools can be.

At the heart of everything I do is my family. I’m blessed with a blended family of six children and five grandchildren who bring so much joy into my life. Outside of work, I’m also a beekeeper and love exploring new adventures, always approaching life with curiosity and an open heart.

For me, it’s all about finding ways to make a difference—whether through a story, a small act of kindness, or a “Little Give.” My mission is to show that no challenge is too big to overcome and that even the smallest efforts can create a ripple of hope and change.
